Working at First Citizens has been a journey for me; I joined the bank years ago as a statement salary CSR. Young and nervous I had no clue how this journey or bus ride would be, but I accepted the invitation.
On my journey, I was given the necessary training and the opportunity to change seats along the way. I can say that the ride was not always smooth but the experienced drivers were always there to coach and make your journey comfortable.
Twenty-nine years have passed since boarding this bus and I can truly say we are a family that forms a bank, a bank that put customers first and a family I am proud to be a part of.
